This DICK fine cut sharpening steel is perfect for more frequent use. The fine cut removes less material from the blade and will straighten any rolled edges. The fine cut results in a consistently sharp and refined edge that lasts longer before needing to be re-sharpened, and will maintain a sharp edge for a prolonged period before a coarser steel is required.
This type of sharpening steel pairs well with a polished steel, making it an excellent choice for professional butchers. This sharpening steel from the EUROCUT series is affordable and has a hygienic full plastic handle, making it lightweight and comfortable to handle. The length of the blade is 30 cm, and its surface hardness is over 65° HRC.

Next Working Day Delivery
We offer free next working day delivery through DPD for UK online orders over £100. For online orders of £100 or under, next working day delivery is charged at £4.95.
Subject to location, delivery is the next working day, if placed before 3pm. Any orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day for next working day delivery.
Offshore & Remote Areas
Deliveries to BT, GY, HS1, IM, IV41, JE, KA27, PA20, PA41, PA60, PH42, TR21, ZE1 and EIRE are charged at:
- £8.50 for parcels up to 10kg
- £12.50 for parcels 11kg-20kg
- £17.50 for parcels 21kg-25kg
- £63.50 for parcels over 25kg
Delivery timescales are based on location and can vary depending on the items being ordered. We endeavour to run a 3-5 working day service for these areas.
Delivery Lead Times
Some items may have a longer lead time due to supply issues, these items will be clearly noted in the product details. Items advertised with extended delivery lead times are not eligible for next working day delivery.
