Our meat stains and dyes are available in black and blue, so that you can appropriately mark your cuts according to the relevant legislation, ultimately giving you peace of mind that you’re adhering to the regulations set out in:

  • The Fresh Meat (Sterilisation and Staining) Regulations 1982
  • The Fresh Meat (Hygiene and Inspection) Regulations 1995
  • The Animal By-Products Order 1999

    • We also stock 1kg soluble plastic bags to allow for simple mixing and dilution.
