The Caribou Ultragrip Curved Boning Knife with a Semi-Flexible blade is ideal for meat deboning applications. It is available in various colours and two sizes, 12cm and 15cm.
Specifically designed to be worn with Defender type Cut Resistant gloves. 'Non-slip' grip on both sides of the handles fits the weave of the gloves - improves operator welfare. Extra grip reduces effort required to grip the knife - aids long term operator health. High quality Caribou Ultragrip Stainless Steel blade - gives superb cutting performance and edge life - increased yield and productivity. Each blade has a unique batch number for traceability; audit compliance. Thermoplastic handles for operator comfort more productivity. Available in 5 colours for hygienic controls process management.
