Silicone Paper

Silicone paper is specifically designed to form a barrier between the carcass and the ‘pelt’ or ‘hide’ whilst it is being removed. Our silicone paper can be bought in various quantities, and the coloured, non-stick paper can be easily identified and removed from carcasses. Our silicone paper can be used on a variety of different meats including beef and lamb, and serve as a reliable solution for absorbing excess moisture from the meat.
